No, you do not necessarily need a health professional referral to participate in our government-funded programs or services. While we do accept referrals from health professionals, individuals are also welcome to sign up for these programs independently. We believe in making our services accessible, and individuals can take the initiative to enroll and benefit from our government-funded offerings directly.

 At this stage, we do not accept health insurance. However, it’s worth noting that we are actively exploring options to expand payment methods in the future. 

If you are not eligible for a funded service in your area, we offer a variety of resources and online learning on the Better Health Hub. These resources are available for purchase, allowing you to access valuable information and tools to support your health and well-being.

Health professionals can refer individuals to our programs or services through a simple and efficient process. To make a referral, health professionals can follow these steps: 

  • Visit our make referral page: This is where health professionals will find detailed information and resources to facilitate the referral process. There are also links to specific websites for each program and service.  
  • Complete the online referral form: Health professionals can fill out our online referral form, providing essential details about the individual they are referring to and selecting the specific program or service that aligns with the individual’s needs. 
  • Submit the referral: Once the referral form is completed, it can be submitted electronically through our secure platform.

Our NDIS services are accessible for all ages, all over Australia. Everything is delivered online making it easy for anyone, no matter where they are, to get support. We offer the following services for participants with NDIS funding? 

  • Health coaching appointments, delivered via telehealth.  
  • Access to online learning via the Better Health Hub.  
  • Health coaching plus: A service combining regular health coaching appointments with access to online learning via the Better Health Hub.  
  • Purchase tailored resources and products from our shop.

The Better Health Hub is an innovative Learning Management System (LMS) designed to promote better health. It houses a suite of health promotion resources, online learning, and tools for everyone. It also houses professional education for industry professionals including health and community workers.  

The Better Health Hub offers a diverse range of courses and online learning resources catering to both professional development and general health and wellbeing information. Our offerings include: 

  • Professional education: We provide online courses designed for health professionals, offering opportunities for continuous learning and development in various areas of healthcare. 
  • Health information for everyone: The Better Health Hub features a wealth of information for individuals of all ages seeking better health. Topics covered include nutrition, fitness, mental health, stress management, health coaching, and more.

We believe in making health accessible to everyone. While some resources and online courses on the Better Health Hub are free, others may have a nominal fee. We strive to offer a variety of pricing options, ensuring flexibility to work towards and achieve health goals.

The Better Health Hub boasts user-friendly navigation features, including intuitive course menus, progress tracking, and interactive content. Our platform is designed to enhance your learning experience and make navigating through courses a seamless process. All our online learning utilises visual imagery, narrated videos, and illustrations to make them engaging and interactive.
